Our standalone embossing machine reaches up to 250 microns of depth — among the deepest available in the UAE region. Subtle work sits at 50–100 microns, medium relief at 100–200, and high-build effects at 200–300+ microns.

We hold ±0.10 mm on registered finishing. That is what makes registered embossing and foil-over-print land exactly on the printed element rather than beside it.

Yes — combining is where most of the premium effect comes from. Embossing with foil stamping is the most common pairing; spot UV over matte lamination is another. Our 10-color flexo press carries inline finishing stations, so several effects can run in one pass.

Choose a UV-resistant finish and you should expect 5–10+ years of outdoor life in Gulf conditions. Foil and metallic effects in particular hold up well; we will flag any combination that will not.

Heat between 90–180°C plus pressure transfers metallic foil from a carrier film onto the substrate. It produces the most brilliant, mirror-like finish available — nothing printed reproduces it.
