Our MOQs are flexible. Flexo and offset runs suit medium and large quantities, while digital printing handles short runs — so startups can order small quantities and scale up to millions of labels as they grow.

The main factors are label size, material, number of colors, finishes (foil, embossing, spot UV…), die-cut shape, and quantity. Larger runs bring the unit price down significantly — ask us to quote a few quantity tiers so you can compare.

Print-ready PDF is ideal, and we also accept vector files (AI, EPS). Use CMYK colors, 300 DPI for images, and 3 mm bleed. Not design-ready? Our in-house design and pre-press team can prepare or refine your artwork.

As a rule of thumb: paper materials are economical and print beautifully for dry, indoor products; synthetic films (PP, PE, PET) are waterproof and durable for bottles, fridges and squeezable packs; specialty materials cover clear “no-label” looks, metallic effects and thermal printing. Yes. We combine film substrates (PP/PE) with moisture-resistant adhesives and protective varnish or lamination. These constructions are tested for showers, condensation, ice buckets and humid environments.

Yes — our freezer-grade adhesives apply on surfaces as cold as −10°C and keep their bond down to −40°C storage, through blast freezing and defrost cycles. Our in-house lab tests adhesion across −40°C to +150°C.

Permanent adhesives are the default for product labels. Choose removable or wash-off adhesives for returnable bottles, promotions or containers customers reuse, and tamper-evident adhesives where safety sealing matters. We’ll match the adhesive to your surface and product lifecycle.

Yes — we use FDA-compliant materials, adhesives and inks for indirect food contact, and constructions that meet UAE and GCC food labelling requirements. Tell us your product type and we’ll specify a compliant build.

Three complementary systems: a 10-color flexographic press with inline finishing (370 mm web, ±0.1 mm registration), a 6-color offset press with CTP for premium color fidelity, and digital printing for short runs, prototypes and variable data.

Always. You’ll receive a digital proof to review and approve before we make plates or start printing — nothing goes to press without your sign-off.

Yes — our digital press produces short-run prototypes quickly, so you can see and feel your label on the real material before committing to a full production run.

Typical timelines: 12–15 working days for new designs from artwork approval, 7–10 working days for repeat orders (plates on file), and 5–7 day rush production when you need it (premium pricing).
